CATLINK products are covered by a 1-year warranty against failure due to factory defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original owner. It does not cover normal wear and tear of parts or damage resulting from misuse of the product, such as using it in extreme weather conditions, making alterations to the product, neglect, or abuse.

To avail of warranty services, keep your proof of purchase handy. All warranty claims require the original receipt for processing. Within the warranty period, replacement parts are provided free of charge, including shipping. However, for replacements outside the warranty period, customers are responsible for both the cost of the parts and shipping.

Please note that warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by factors beyond the product's design and intended use.
